"What does Shipping Protection cover?"
When you purchased Shipping Protection with your order, we guarantee to replace or refund any items that arrive damaged or defective. This protection also covers items lost or stolen during shipping, including cases where delivery fails due to an error in the shipping address provided by the buyer.
"Where is my order right now?"
We send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves us. You will find your special tracking number inside that email! Use it on the carrier's website to watch your package travel right to your door.
"How long do I have to return my watch?"
We want you to be completely happy! You have 30 days from the date you received your watch to decide if you want to return it for a refund. Just remember it needs to be unworn and in its original box!
"How long until my refund shows up?"
Once we get your watch back and inspect it, we process your refund instantly! However, it usually takes your bank 5–10 business days to credit the funds back to your original payment method.
"Do I have to pay customs fees?"
For orders traveling internationally, your local government or customs authority may apply import duties or taxes. These are fees set by your country, and they are the customer's responsibility. We unfortunately cannot control or calculate these charges.
