1. Ownership and Legal Entity
The website www.newvalberg.com and the brand New Valberg are the exclusive property of Timeless Commerce LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA.
All content on this website — including text, product descriptions, photos, logos, and designs — is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission from Timeless Commerce LLC is strictly prohibited.
2. Products and Pricing
New Valberg sells watches.
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and include all applicable taxes (all taxes included).
We strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and prices. However, we reserve the right to change our catalog, prices and conditions at any time.
The base currency is the United States Dollar (USD). All transactions, refunds, and financial records are processed and recorded in USD. For convenience, prices on our website may be displayed in your local currency, based on your shipping destination or browser settings. All purchases made in your local currency are exempt from additional conversion fees. Slight variations in price may occur over time due to the underlying USD conversion.
3. Orders and Accounts
You may create a customer account to simplify future purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Timeless Commerce LLC reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
4. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Promotional, discounted, or clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.
You must contact us at contact@newvalberg.com with your order details before returning the item.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund using your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to share our products globally, but unfortunately, we are not able to ship to all countries due to various logistical or legal restrictions. If your delivery destination is not covered, you will be informed promptly at the checkout stage when you enter your shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
6. Two-Year Warranty
New Valberg provides a 2-year limited warranty for all watches. This Warranty covers manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions that occur under normal use during the warranty period.
What Is Covered:
If your watch stops functioning due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 24 months of the original purchase date, we will, at our discretion repair the watch free of charge, or replace it with an equivalent model if repair is not feasible. The Warranty is valid only upon presentation of the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
-Misuse, abuse, or improper handling (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage if the watch is immersed in water for a prolonged period or at incompatible depths).
-Accidental damage (e.g., cracked crystal, bent case, or scratched bracelet).
-Unauthorized repairs or modifications (e.g., opening the watch case by non-authorized personnel, battery replacement by a third party).
-Normal wear and tear (e.g., strap/bracelet aging, scratches on the case or glass, battery depletion).
-Damage from external factors (e.g., chemicals, corrosion, or magnetic fields). Loss or theft of the watch.
Conditions for Warranty Claims:
The Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. To make a claim, you must:
- Contact our Customer Service at contact@newvalberg.com with your order number and proof of purchase. We will provide you with instructions for shipping the watch to our service center.
- Return the watch in its original packaging, along with a copy of the receipt.
- Include a detailed description of the issue. We will subsequently reimburse you for the return shipping costs of the repaired/replaced watch.
7. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on www.newvalberg.com, including but not limited to images, text, brand names, designs, and graphics, is the property of Timeless Commerce LLC or its partners and is protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the site without prior written consent from Timeless Commerce LLC.
