Getting Your New Valberg Watch to You

Thank you so much for choosing New Valberg! We know you're excited to wear your new watch, and we work hard to make sure it gets to you safely and as quickly as possible. 

1. Processing and Delivery Time

We Get It Ready: Once your order is placed, it takes 1 to 3 business days to validate your order and prepare it for shipment to your home. This period is called the "processing time".

The Journey: Once shipped, your package will arrive at your home according to the information below. These are estimated delivery times.

The countries we deliver to are:

  • Australia within 5 to 18 business days
  • Canada within 10 to 17 business days
  • New Zealand within 5 to 16 business days
  • Singapore within 5 to 11 business days
  • United States within 9 to 16 business days

A Little Note on Timing: Sometimes, customs checks or local post offices can slow things down a little. While we always push for speed, we unfortunately can't control these few external delays. We appreciate your patience if the post office takes a little extra time!

2. Track Your Watch's Journey!

As soon as your watch leaves our hands and starts its journey, we'll send you an email called a shipping confirmation.

This email will have a special tracking number!

You can use this number to follow your watch every step of the way!

3. Shipping Protection

If you purchased Shipping Protection with your order, we guarantee to replace or refund any items that arrive damaged or defective. This protection also covers items lost or stolen during shipping, including cases where delivery fails due to an error in the shipping address provided by the buyer.

To start the process, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery, explaining the situation and provide your proof of purchase and photos clearly showing the issue.
Once we have the details, we'll happily cover the return shipping costs and will immediately offer you a replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer.

4. All About Shipping Costs

We make sure you know exactly what shipping costs before you pay.

You'll see the shipping price clearly displayed right before you click "confirm order" at checkout. No surprises!

When we offer free or discounted shipping, we always make sure you know about those special deals!

4. Special Information for International Deliveries

A few special rules might apply.

Customs Fees: Your local government might ask you to pay small fees, taxes, or duties when the watch enters your country. These are decided by your country's rules, and they are your responsibility to pay.

New Valberg doesn't set these fees, and we can't be responsible for any delays they might cause.

5. Help Us Get It Right! (Your Address)

Please take an extra moment to check that your address is 100% correct when you order.

If the address is wrong or incomplete, it could cause your watch to be delayed or even lost, and we wouldn't want that! If you’ve provided an incorrect shipping address, let us know right away. We’ll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.
