I'm a customer myself. I hike, I gear up, I know the frustration of waiting too long for an answer when you just want to hit the trail. So when someone reaches out — whether by email, on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok — I try to respond the way I'd want someone to respond to me: quickly, clearly, and with a real solution.
My goal is simple: make sure everything feels smooth from the moment you land on our site to the moment your order is in your hands. When customers are happy, they tell their friends and family. And to me, that's the best sign we're on the right path.

The Spirit of New Valberg

My journey began in my teens, amidst the larch forests and hiking trails of Valberg. Spending my summers in this charming resort in the Southern Alps—a favorite vacation spot for the people of Nice and Monaco—I discovered much more than just a beautiful landscape: I found my calling. It is this haven of peace, nestled within a protected national park, that inspired the name of our brand: New Valberg.

While the sea has its charm, the mountains offer me an incomparable sense of freedom and a profound connection with nature. Whether I'm hiking the surrounding ridges or exploring distant peaks abroad, like here in the Andes, it is in the mountains that I feel truly alive. The air is purer, the silence deeper, and the strength I draw from these heights is a constant source of serenity.

I believe the mountains are a true fountain of youth. My mission is to share this vitality with as many people as possible, so that everyone can experience, for themselves and for their loved ones, the regenerative power of nature.
