Super fast shipping, everything correct, recommended product and shop!

Mark K.

These insoles gave me a greater sense of speed and dynamism, and increased my jump height and overall vertical leap by 1 to 1.5 inches, or about 3 to 4 cm. So that's a good thing, even if they aren't extremely comfortable at the beginning. However, you get used to them quickly.

Bryan A.

They arrived today and I'm already using them; it's a very good product.

Recommended by the Experts

“The X-Prosoles are the perfect tool to bridge the gap between standard athletic footwear and biomechanical excellence. The X-Pro can't replace custom orthotics for severe pathologies, but I systematically recommend them as a 'Premium Ready-to-Wear' alternative. They help prevent Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome (shin splints). The energy return from the carbon plate provides a 'light-leg' sensation, which is highly valued by my patients returning to sport after an injury.”

Insert X-Prosoles Freely into All Your Shoes

Most factory insoles in athletic and work footwear are thin, flat, and offer very little support. X-Prosoles are engineered to replace these flimsy liners with professional-grade technology. By removing the original insole and inserting X-Prosoles, you improve your stability and give your feet the support they were lacking. This ensures correct anatomical alignment and high-impact protection during intense activity. If needed, customize the fit by trimming along the guide line. The innovative X-Prosoles are perfectly suited for your hiking boots, sneakers, work boots, or everyday shoes.

FAQ

WHO ARE X-PROSOLES INSOLES MADE FOR?

X-Prosoles are built for performance and high-impact activity. Ideal for runners, athletes, and outdoor enthusiasts who want more energy return, better propulsion, and reduced impact during intense movement. Perfect for those pushing their limits and needing responsive support with every step.

They are specifically designed for:

  • Outdoor Enthusiasts: Hikers and trekkers who need reinforced arch support and superior heel cushioning (PORON®) to handle uneven terrain and heavy backpacks.
  • Athletes & Runners: Those seeking maximum energy return and joint protection. The integrated carbon fiber plate provides the "propulsion" and stability needed for running, cross-training, and high-impact sports.

WHAT IF THE INSOLES DON'T FIT MY SHOES?

The X-Prosoles feature a low-volume design in the forefoot (to avoid compressing the toes) and structural support in the heel. It's designed to replace the removable insole in your hiking boots.

The Carbon Elite is a robust insole. While it fits perfectly in most hiking boots, work boots, and athletic sneakers, it may feel tight in very slim or low-profile dress shoes. Ensure you have enough vertical space for your toes.

Perfect Fit Guarantee: If you have any trouble trimming or adjusting your insoles, our team is here to help. If your comfort hasn't improved within 30 days of receiving them, contact us for an easy return.

HOW DOES THE 30-DAY FREE TRIAL WORK?

We want you to enjoy every step. That's why we offer a risk-free 30-day trial. If you've tested them on the trails or at work and they're not right for you, contact us within 30 days. We'll guide you through our simple return process for a full refund, even if you've already trimmed them for a custom fit.

WHAT IF THE INSOLES HURT MY FEET?

Because carbon fiber is inherently stiff to provide stability, they may feel unusual
at first. Most users report that after 2 to 3 days of wear, the foot adapts and the initial stiffness transitions into supportive comfort. Start by wearing them for a few hours a day and gradually increase. Soon, you'll wonder how you ever hiked without them.

If the discomfort persists, it may be a trimming issue or simply not the right fit for your unique arch shape. In this case, contact us for an easy return.

DO I NEED X-PROSOLES IF MY FEET FEEL FINE?

Yes. Prevention is the ultimate performance hack. Think of X-Prosoles like the high-performance suspension system on a premium car. Even if your car drives "fine," upgrading the suspension protects the entire chassis and improves handling.

Cumulative Micro-Trauma: You might not feel pain today, but every step on hard surfaces sends a shockwave through your ankles, knees, and lower back. Our PORON® cushioning absorbs these impacts before your joints have to.

Invisible Fatigue: Foot fatigue often feels like general tiredness at the end of the day. By providing structural carbon fiber support, X-Prosoles reduce the muscular effort required to stabilize your feet, leaving you with more energy for your extra activities.

Preserving Your Body: Many common issues (like shin splints or hip pain) don't start in the legs—ils start with a subtle misalignment of the feet. X-Prosoles maintain your body’s natural kinetic chain in its optimal position.

Performance Edge: If you feel fine now, imagine how you’ll feel with a responsive carbon plate giving you better energy return and a more powerful "push-off" with every stride.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE MY X-PROSOLES?

Under heavy daily use (running or 12-hour shifts), the technical properties remain optimal for about 6 months. After this period, we recommend replacing them to
maintain maximum joint protection and rebound.

HOW DO I CLEAN AND CARE FOR MY X-PROSOLES INSOLES?

To keep your X-Prosoles performing at their peak and ensure maximum hygiene, follow these professional care tips:

  • 1. Daily ventilation is essential. After a long hike or workday, remove the insoles from your shoes. This allows trapped moisture to evaporate completely and promotes the effectiveness of the odor-control technology.
  • 2. Gentle hand washing only. Never put your X-Prosoles in the washing machine or dryer, as the high heat can damage them. Use lukewarm water and a drop of mild soap. Gently rub the surface with a soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush. Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
  • 3. Air drying. Pat them dry with a towel to remove excess water, then lay them flat to dry in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct heat sources: do not expose your insoles to radiators or direct sunlight, as this can damage them.

WHAT IF I'M DEALING WITH PLANTAR FASCIITIS?

X-Prosoles were specifically engineered with the biomechanics of plantar fasciitis relief in mind. Plantar fasciitis is often caused by the overstretching of the fascia tissue due to arch collapse or repeated impact. Here is how X-PROSoles help manage and alleviate the pain:

Firm Arch Stabilization: Unlike soft foam or gel insoles that collapse under pressure, our Structural TPU Arch Support keeps your arch in a neutral position. This prevents the plantar fascia from overextending with every step, allowing the tissue to rest and heal.

Medical-Grade Shock Absorption: The PORON® Heel Pad acts as a professional-grade buffer. It absorbs the "first strike" impact when your heel hits the ground—the moment when plantar fasciitis pain is typically at its sharpest.

Carbon Fiber Energy Distribution: The Integrated Carbon Fiber Plate doesn't just provide propulsion; it distributes your body weight across the entire foot. By preventing localized pressure on the heel and midfoot, it reduces the overall strain on the inflamed tissue.

Anatomical Alignment: By stabilizing the heel in a deep U-shaped cradle, X-Prosoles prevent overpronation (the inward rolling of the foot), which is a leading contributor to chronic foot pain.

Clinical Tip: While X-Prosoles provide immediate structural support, we recommend wearing them consistently in all your shoes to maintain a constant healing environment for your feet.

Disclaimer: While X-Prosoles are designed to provide significant relief and support, they do not replace professional medical advice. If you have severe chronic pain, we recommend consulting a specialist.

CAN I USE X-PROSOLES IF I HAVE FLAT FEET?

Absolutely. In fact, individuals with flat feet often experience the most significant transformation in comfort and posture when switching to X-Prosoles.

Flat feet (or fallen arches) occur when the tendons in the feet do not pull together properly, causing the entire sole to touch the ground. This often leads to overpronation and strain on the knees and hips. Here is how X-Prosoles make a difference:

Structural Realignment: the Rigid TPU Arch Support acts as a structural foundation. It provides the "scaffolding" your feet lack, lifting the arch back into its natural, anatomical position to prevent the foot from collapsing inward.

Controlled Stability: The Carbon Fiber Plate adds a layer of dynamic stability. Unlike soft foam insoles that simply squash under a flat foot, the carbon fiber maintains its shape, ensuring your weight is distributed evenly across the footbed.

Deep Heel Cupping: Flat feet are often associated with unstable heels. The U-shaped heel cradle in X-Prosoles locks your heel in place, providing the stability needed to keep your ankles aligned with your shins.

Gradual Adaptation: Because X-Prosoles provide real, firm support, we recommend a short "break-in" period. Start by wearing them for a few hours a day to allow your muscles and tendons to adjust to their new, corrected alignment.
You’ll notice less fatigue in your arches and a significant reduction in the secondary pains (knees, lower back) often caused by flat feet.

I STAND FOR 12 HOURS AT WORK. ARE THEY FOR ME?

Indeed. Many of our customers are professionals (security, healthcare, construction) who stand on hard surfaces. The combination of PORON cushioning and the carbon plate prevents the arch from collapsing, which significantly reduces back and leg fatigue during long shifts.

WILL THESE INSOLES REALLY IMPROVE MY PERFORMANCE?

Yes. Based on user feedback, the 0.4mm carbon fiber plate provides a noticeable "spring" effect. Athletes have reported a slight increase in vertical jump (max. 1.5 inches, or 3-4 cm) and a more "elastic" feel during sprints and long-distance walking.

IS IT REAL CARBON FIBER OR JUST PLASTIC?

We use a genuine carbon fiber composite. Unlike plastic, this material returns to its original shape instantly after being flexed, providing the "energy return" our customers rave about. You can feel the difference in weight and responsiveness immediately.

IS THERE A WARRANTY?

Yes! With New Valberg, you benefit from a 2-Year Warranty. Our 2-year warranty on X-Prosoles insoles is designed to protect you against manufacturing defects and material failures, not the natural wear and tear that comes with a life of adventure.

What is Covered (Manufacturing Defects):

  • Structural Integrity of the Rigid Core: Any premature cracking, snapping, or abnormal deformation of the rigid arch support under normal use.
  • Bonding & Delamination: Separation of the top fabric layer from the main body that occurs within the warranty period.
  • Material Integrity: Significant disintegration of the U-Shaped Heel cushioning or the Enhanced Heel Cushioning materials that is not caused by external damage.

What is Not Covered:

  • Natural Wear and Tear: Gradual flattening of the cushioning foam, thinning of the top fabric, or fading due to daily friction and weight.
  • Improper Sizing or Trimming: Damage caused by incorrect cutting of the insoles to fit your shoes or using them in improperly sized footwear.
  • Accidental Damage: Tears, burns, or punctures caused by sharp objects, pet damage, or exposure to high heat sources (like drying them on a radiator).
  • Maintenance Issues: Damage or odors resulting from improper cleaning, machine washing, or failure to remove the insoles to air out after intense use.
  • Subjective Discomfort: A change in personal preference or minor discomfort after the initial "break-in" period, as orthotic support requires a short adaptation time for the feet.
